The mission of NEQXT is to guide students and young adults in discovering what they want and help them reach their full potential.

Having a healthy self-awareness promotes emotional wellness and self-esteem. It provides students insight into who they are, and why they react as they do, and gives them a direction for self-improvement. Self-awareness for students is crucial for success. Self-aware people have a fundamental belief in their ability to achieve a goal, and this trait helps students thrive in everything they do.

Let's meet
Deniz Wagner is a mother of three teenage children and has more than 20 years in the education field with a focus on coaching and guidance.
''Raising my own children, I experience how challenging it can be to guide them when they must make certain choices that have a major effect on their future. I know, just like any other parent, I want only the best for my children, however, the struggle between a child and a parent can be big when personal emotions are involved. Usually, this is when a choice of the study itself can be a major issue that stands between them. This is when it is a better choice to let an expert take over this part.
My passion and drive are coaching and personal connection with the students. Understanding, motivating, and directing them in the right direction when they are at a crossroads during a vulnerable phase of their lives is what fulfills me most. From my personal experience and my different view on how we should offer guidance to children and young adults, I started NEQXT.''
